Pitch to Pixel: The World of Football Gaming
Pitch to Pixel: The World of Football Gaming is the world’s first exhibition dedicated to the work of football gaming, from the National Football Museum, EA SPORTS & Sports Interactive.
See how retro games compare to the modern giants of the game, as you play titles from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s, as well as this year’s biggest new titles.
Discover how football gaming is now influencing the real sport, and learn about the dedication shown by football gamers worldwide. See the motion-capture suits worn by superstars Lionel Messi and Sergio Aguero in the latest FIFA 16 adverts, as well as a new film showing behind the scenes at a players’ scanning session.
Playful artworks offer a unique ‘spin’ on gaming, with a table football game that creates light and sound based on your play, and a ‘headers’ game that takes your photo at the moment of contact.
Visitors can even get themselves on the cover of their own game! Pitch to Pixel is an absolute must-visit for FIFA players, Football Managers and gamers of all ages!
Entrance is free. Opening Times: Monday to Saturday 10am – 5pm, Sunday 11am – 5pm. Open Every Day excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday
The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair access.
